New place opened near me I ordered a salad for dinner. This is what I got for $6.50 bic pen for size. Ice berg, few thin carrot shavings.

Boy, did you get ripped off, the grocery store that we do most of our shopping at has a little cafe, we often bring home a side salad that does the two of us for $2.49. I think we're going to bring one home on Saturday to go with some leftover spaghetti I put in the freezer, that and garlic toast, Hubby's night to cook, I'll post a pic

you can do better at the grocery store. just get a bag of shredded cabbage for a few $ and some italian dressing or vinegar and oil. makes good cole-slaw too... two to four meals.
