Major, somewhere I read about a guy in Minnesota (I think) who was growing veggies in plastic tunnels like yours. But then he had another layer or tunnel on top of that. There was snow all around but his veggies were fine. I guess it was something like double tunnelling? Maybe digits would know what I'm talking about. I bet it would work for you too.
