I am not that far away Cat and I have more peppers and eggplant than ever. Go figure. I hope your luck improves as there is still time left in the season.

I have peppers everywhere. I brought in some tonight and I fried some banana peppers and then I cut some hot Greek pepperoncini peppers and put some garlic and cheese in the oven. I am not sure how many peppers I ate. I am going to have bring peppers in to freeze.

I've been getting about a half gallon of banana peppers every 2 days. Last night I went out to pick some and the deer had eaten every leaf off of every plant!!!!
They didn't touch any peppers, just the foliage.

I doubt they will live.
I've been giving the to a girl at a pizza joint and they pickle them.
I used to give her the ones that I pickled but this year I gave here jars, pickling stuff, peppers and directions on how to pickle them.
