Just found this while searching parrot flowers:

"This is a flower from Thailand . It is also a protected species and is not allowed to be exported."

Even if it could be exported, I doubt it would appreciate being planted in zone 5 USA.

Thank you Monty, that site was an eye opener. The parrot flowers I've ever seen were in shades of orange and hardly like these photos from the web.
