Post Office Lost My Baker Creek Order

My Direct TV bill quit coming. For months. I get an email saying that I am late, I call and request a bill, pay the bill over the phone and the next month, Rinse-Repeat. I have called no less than 6 times. Today the rep had the nerve to tell me that I was going to pay a $5 convenience fee for paying over the phone. Oh no I am not! Not MY fault that y'all won't send me a bill and I am NOT paying that! :he The suspense of waiting on my bill next month is killing me! Haha! A new TV drama! Will it show up or will I get an email telling me that I am a deadbeat TV bill payer?

Mention Dish network or internet TV, that will change their attitude.

When I would call Dish to threaten to cancel they'd offer me deep discounts to stay. Whenever my box needed to be replaced, if I said Id have to cancel because I couldnt afford to pay for a new one, I got it free. Same with the remotes.
I finally did cancel because of the bill getting so high when I litetally only watched ten channels. They offered me 10 months at $25. I almost did it, but decided not to. Thats been five years ago. Dont miss it. Now I mostly do Netflix, Hulu, or Prime. I also watch videos on apps for some of my fav channels. Now its like $300 a year instead of $1200.

My internet is satellite too, so no internet TV for me!

@Rammy don't you have Roku and Skitter too? We are partners in a country music TV station, STRYK TV, that is about to take off. It is now available in the Houston area and launch date for Skitter is March 1, 2019. The legal contracts and all that crap are getting slapped into shape at the attorney's office now for Roku. We're getting kinda excited about it. Maybe someday soon you can watch our TV station! We won't be able to......:\

I'll have to check the line up. I usually check the "whats new" section when looking for new apps or stations. I'll keep my eye out.

If you have the internet you can also get a connection for internet TV on the same TV.

I've had several things (mostly second-hand books) get to my local post office only to be sent off somewhere else instead of being handed to my mail carrier for delivery. One is currently somewhere in the NYC postal system. :barnie

Based on what a lot of you said above, maybe it will get to me after they are done reading it.

We had a box of books go missing, so I filed it with the post office. Three months later I got a slip in the po box telling me I had a package to pick up. I go in the office, sign for the box, pick it up thinking to myself, "what the heck is this? it's mighty light", only to get home and discover it was the box of missing books....The catch is, the books were still missing!! They seriously taped up an empty box and made me sign for it! :hu
