I have a surplus of radish going on and have been eating them roasted recently, mostly as snacks.
These were roasted for 10-15 mins in black pepper, salt, fresh thyme and olive oil. Spread on brown toast splashed with a tad more oil. A nice taster in the day.

Anyone got any super secret lush recipes for a larger number of radish? ;D
