Marshall, I've never heard of sour dough pizza. But you know me, I've lived a shelter life! :lol:

Seedcorn, I personally am not all that crazy about sour dough bread. There is a place called Boudin in Fisherman's Wharf that sells it and it is the best one. I do love their clam chowder in their sour dough bread bowl. Yum.

I live in Oklahoma, but my father's family are all from Maine, and one of the best ever regional delicacy's I remember (besides the obvious lobster) is fiddleheads. Those little fern fronds were AMAZING.
