Wow! You've got my 1980s washer, and even my 1973 refrigerator, beat! They don't build 'em like they used to!

I loved my old top loader with the ringer. Cleaner clothes and less ironing

Now that is vintage! My grandma had one of those.
We had one when I was a girl, you had to manually turn the handle to squeeze the water from your clothes.

Back in the days of only having an outside toilet. From what i can recall, my mother had only the mangle and used the old Belfast sink for washing. Hard but happy times

Today I waited for 12 hours, for three amazon parcels.
Two were packed together, according to the tracking and another separately but all 3 were to be delivered today.

Amazon is being a real pain lately. Sometimes I have to give up on signing in because of all the hoops it keeps creating. Wanting so much information and their stupid code's

When finally i managed to log in, while speaking to the customer services. I find out that the delivery person claimed that they had delivered these parcels, and allegedly handed me them in person. What on earth is going on.

I have been trying for weeks too order a heat lamp. The last time the signing in messed that up, and when I got in a previous order had decided too double. :rolleyes:money was going to be have to be refunded but only in 3 to five working days. So that left my account short at the time therefore i couldn't order my lamp. :(

Today all 3 parcels have gone missing. I feel like i will never get this heat lamp

They, and other marketing platforms, have dispatched poorly trained AI bots which have replaced humans, with no oversight and predictable results. Not sure how the UK post is, but here in the US a typical recent screwup was a package sent to Boston MA (short for Massachusetts) going to MD (Maryland) where it bounced around from postal facility to postal facility before a bot (or maybe even an actual person) finally figured out that this package was in the wrong state.

I'm currently awaiting the arrival of a step ladder which has about the same chance of ever arriving as your heat lamp! I sympathize and hope that your package will resurface.

Thank you for putting up with my complaining. This cold is pretty painful, even the warm socks have gone missing.
I looked on eBay, so I might have to pay more and order from there

Hopefully your step ladder will arrive 😉

In September I ordered ladies boots from ebay, I landed up with mens trainers  that was meant for over 200 miles away. I couldn't even return them or get my boots 😒 🙄

This world has turned into an asylum
