Sesame Sugar Snaps, Any Other Recipes for Sugar Snaps?

But I was wondering what everyone else does when they have lots of sugar snaps? Suggestions please!

They are so darn good and tender- we have just been steaming for a few minutes and dressing with butter, and S and P. Just luscious!
