jarred, I have the honey you got the berries! We planted 6 blueberry bushes this summer. They seem to have struggled. Lost 1 for sure. Maybe someday we will have our own BB's. Until then I can pick my own near here. So I really NEED that Spiced Blueberry Honey jam recipe. :drool Please P.M. it to me. :hugs Thanks

Ok found it. Took me a minute to have the recipe handy & the Internet sorry to keep everybody waiting.

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 cups of course lay chopped blueberries

2 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 (3oz) packet of liquid pectin

HOW TO:

All ingredients go into the pot. Bring to a full boil and boil them for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Then remove from heat, add liquid pectin. Label into jars, & water bath can for 10 minutes.

Yes it's that easy.

This is a recipe you can easily double when you make it but I wouldn't do more than that since you want it in the jars pretty quickly. I've doubled it at home. It's a really good & simple recipe.
