yeah, birdies starting to sing real early now. i was already awake this morning due to falling asleep too early last night. oops. going to be an extra longer day here...

There was a robin in the tree between neighbor to the west and the house, last week.

A robin in tree between neighbor to the east and the house, this morning. Singing their fool heads off!

The rooster quail on my backyard fence looked so confused. I'm told that they are singing, at times. They better be careful, that black cat will be back.

The whip-poor-wills are calling at night. I love hearing them. We kept the birdfeeder full all winter, the birds tore it up. DH refilled it every 2 days, sometimes daily. Now many of those birds have gone back north and it lasts for almost a week.
