this is what i've been looking for. but i don't want to pay the price for one. i missed out on an apothecary cabinet a couple months ago at Todd Farm flea market. they had $300 on the back of it but the guy was selling it for $200. still too expensive.

what i did get that day was a pair of vintage swing machine table drawers-4 drawers total that i am re-purposing to make into a seed cabinet. i was going to use an old trunk i traded for, put it on it's side and put casters on the bottom, and attach the drawer sets to the inside. i need to pick up another pair of those drawers and i'm all set to go!

i could make a really nice cabinet out of all those! btw, you can see in this guy's pics some of the sewing machine drawers i've been looking at.

yeah, and Gilford is up in the Lakes Region about 40 minutes from me if i wanted to pick them up and make them a little cheaper.

An apothecary chest it looks like, they used to have such a animal at drug stores on the Apothecary {druggiest, pharmacist} bench.
They want a fortune for it.
