That's actually the PLOT of The Promised Land (the movie I haven't seen yet). It's what happens when the Red Dwarf finally meets up with the descendants of the rest of the Cat People (the ones that went off searching for the promised land using Lister's laundry list as a star guide).

Speaking of birds, yesterday Juniper caught a bird that had gotten in the house, for the SECOND time! As far as we can tell, they are getting in though a hole in the baffle of the air conditioner. (Don't worry, we managed to rescue both birds from him, and re-release them.)

Well. We picked up two new foster kittens on Tuesday. They are 5 weeks old and already have homes lined up. It will be about 2 weeks before they are old enough to go to them though.

And tonight on the way back from a friends house we may or may not have picked up a stray cat off the side of the road. He was friendly and wouldn’t get out of the road so we were worried about him getting hit. Unfortunately animal dumping is common on this stretch of road so that might be what happened to him. We’re just hoping we didn’t kidnap the neighbors cat. If no one claims him by Monday we will take him to the rescue.
