Ok for starters I am positive that I spelled that wrong, sorry.

Now for my question - Where can I find seeds or plants? I would love to grow some so I can try my hand at making salsa verde.

Any Help?

I found plants for sale at my local garden center. They were between the peppers and the tomatoes.

But I've also seen seeds for sale in a couple of my seed catalogs also. I think both Johnny's and Burpee have them.

Hope that helps.

Most all seed catalogs carry them. Usually with the tomato seeds.

They grow just like tomatoes (maybe a bit less tolerant of coolth IME but I may be imagining that) and are not difficult.

Have fun,

Pat

I saw them in the seed display at Lowe's. :)

You can buy one at the store and mash it up , mix it with dirt and spread the mixture on top of some pots of soil. A bunch of plants will come up . I did that with passion fruit and a few other things to.Got so many most of the time that I had to thin them out before they got big enough to set out. Works with tomatoes too.

i was gonna buy a tomatillo at the store for seed use, but I got distracted grocery shopping and forgot about it. My neighbor has planted Passion Fruit on a mutual fence, its flowering already.
