Trouble Delivering on Exercise Intentions?

this is crunch time when i can go outside and work as much as my body can take. a half hour to an hour, maybe longer - depending upon how hot it gets and what i'm doing.

the ground is currently too hard for me to get a shovel to go far in some spots. we're supposed to get some rains tonight and that will help. i can get out today and do some scraping done in as many gardens as i can get to. some thistles to dig up and track down all their roots. etc. never a shortage of things to do. :)

I didn't really have much desire to exercise this afternoon but, I knew that it would make me feel better and the habit was a good idea, first and last. The music helps so much ...
When i don't want to exercise I have a Spotify Playlist that always gets me moving, it just feels fun to move to some songs. Takes it from work, to play. If I'm really feeling worn I'll just "Dancersize" which means furious and energetic dancing for about 30 mins 😅 i often end up getting a better workout from that than an actual workout routine.
