How I wish I could grow tulips. We have a double herd of deer, and they do truly love their tasty snacks...

It might be an idea to plant them in the pots, pretty easy to take care of.

Have I mentioned what the deer have done to my daffodils, hyacinth, muscari and coneflowers? I think the bring their own salt shakers....

it has never worked for me. they will go through and find them.

i had about 150 feet of edge where i alternated daffodil and tulips (ever 6 inches) and now i can barely find a single tulip in there. plenty of daffodils.

oh, plus another 50 feet along another edge. daffodils survived, tulips are mostly gone.

bunnies get them too.
