i was thinking swan too but i don't know so much the color. could be you found a nest that some wayward bird laid their egg in it by mistake. what type of geese were the parents?

Yah, sure, like it's a water bird (or supposed to be) and water is reflective. On the other hand, it might not realize what a reflection is and swim off happy it doesn't look like the ugly thing in the water beneath it.

I was the ugly duckling. I was born crossed eyed, I was teased and made fun of every time I left the house. I turned to food for comfort and became fat. Then the 3rd eye operation I had worked, my eyes became normal puberty hit I lost 100 pounds. My late teens and early 20s I paid for school by do modeling work. people comment all time now what beautiful green eyes I have. Hang in there ugly duckling there is hope !!!!
