I get this every year as I grow one large area of squash and pumpkins and invariably the snow hits before I get it all in. Sometimes the results are edible and sometimes not so much. This year I ended up with 2 plants that have smaller leaves like a winter squash but are setting round fruit like a pumpkin. Can't wait to see what they produce. I also have several volunteer tomatoes. Which is surprising after the harsh winter we had
