    Ond time, many many years ago....I found a really tasty fruitcake. I wish I could remember who made it. It had larger fruit pieces in it. It was go-o-o-o-o-d :drool

    Exactly. If the cake is ore Fruit than cake and not dry, it can be VERY good.

    Years ago I made a chocolate fruit cake and yes, you poured whiskey on it and let it sit for a month or two. So Delish!!!

    I'm not a pumpkin pie fan, but I do love pumpkin bread. Next time, try baking your pumpkin instead of boiling it. Gives it a richer flavor.
