seed over the years dw has tried numinous pressure recipes and all of them turn the peppers to mush , she found this hot water recipe this year.wow you talk about perfectly crunchy.....

of course we let some of the peppers ripen for the sweetness
and the only thing she changed was.
putting 1/8 tea in the jars, rather 1/2 tea in the brine ...

picked the last of the orange pixie mators dw has them in the dryer... noting like a sweet dried tomato in the lunch box...just like candy.
