What are you canning now?

Broken indeed. Markets won't lower to consumer so surplus grows.
 
18 pints of hot pepper mustard and 10 pints of sauerkraut today. Kids have helped me chop up peppers. Still have more to do, but ran out of daylight and propane!

Going in the canner Thurs evening - Butternut squash soup base! mmmmmmm
I got a big box of them at the auction the other night and have been putting off getting them in jars. Since just about everything else I've gotten from there this year has ended up in the chicken pen - I AM NOT going to let these go bad!
