Still blooming: Yellow jasmine, red roses and Joseph's Coat roses

I planted garlic a few weeks ago and it's already coming up. I've never planted garlic before - will it be ok if we get another hard freeze?

This weather is so crazy - last week the highs were in the fortys and lows in the twentys - it was 77 today!
