A bunch of my raspberries have spots or look like they have powder on them. I don't think it is powdery mildew because there is nothing on the leaves or canes. Is it grey mold? Yeast? I am in Michigan in case that matters.

Could be grey mould (botrytis), it loves cool damp spring weather and raspberries seem to get it more than most. If the spots are fuzzy or dusty looking that's usually the giveaway. I'd pick off the worst affected fruit and see if the newer ones come through cleaner as the weather warms up.

without pictures it is hard to be sure what is going on, but generally if you think there is a fungal problem try to trim off the older stuff that is likely to be dying back anyways and then also try to trim some of the canes to allow more air to get to the rest of them as they are growing.
