It still looks pretty ugly, but it is smelling all minty and good, I go over and take a big whiff every now and then.

Mint wine is all bottled in quart canning jars, I ended up w/ 9 quarts. I really need to get quicker bottling so "quality control" doesn't make such a dent in my wine! lol
Started a new batch of green tomato wine.
Am about to start a mixed berry wine from some frozen berries I found in the freezer I had forgotten about.
My brother wants me to make some mango wine, so I will start that batch as soon as he brings me the prepared mangos (I won't touch them since I am allergic.)
