I do that all the time. If any bean plant makes it past the gardeners long enough to flower, its seed gets saved, same as if I planted it on purpose (that's WHY I have red rice beans in the saved seed, even though I only sow the non-red ones)

My view is, if it managed to make it through without me having to take care of it, it's probably better adapted to my garden than whatever I planted.
