forecast was for high of 72F and scattered shower chances this afternoon. i see a few north of us not likely to get here as they are heading east. one small one missed us a bit ago.

i was outside enough to enjoy the day and to get things done until i was tired enough to stop. that's as good as it gets and about all i can ask for... :)
Sounds like a great day!

Shades, have you seen Nifty's post in the Trees & Shrubs subforum?

Different trees in that zone 9 location. Maybe you have some familiarity with them.

Steve
No haven’t seen Nifty’s in zone 9 and I am not on any of the subforums. My zone is 8 winter temps -15 F to 30F. I’ll have to look it up, thanks 😊

It was 101 yesterday, and 107 on Saturday.

I'm back to my Monday shift at the local food pantry. I've been gone for 5 weeks, due to the Fair and then a colonoscopy. It'll be good to be back but its gonna be 95 out. I'll use my cooling towel around my neck.
