@ninnymary Yes, if I was a guest, I'd eat it. Add Italian sausage (or bacon) to anything, it would be good-or at least better. Not doubting you but I'm not going to ruin good Italian sausage with green card board. :)

when you dont poo for a week..that raises a red flag

@ninnymary If all you can taste is the Italian sausage, why ruin it with cardboard? Add it to a great tomato sauce and spaghetti and call it great. If feel need to add a vegetable, add eggplant.

@thistlebloom If you have eaten Kale, you have eaten cardboard. No taste, no smell, just tough and dry. Anything you have to hide to eat, shouldn't be eaten. Want fiber, benefits from green, eat spinach.

@thistlebloom Very perceptive of you. Wife tried to fix it several ways-none good, as she read it was great for you.

Side question, why would you ruin good cookies by sticking cardboard in mix????
