I know there are plenty of old rusty ones lying around somewhere in the countryside or old small towns. Whenever we go up to our cabin my eyes are peeled to the houses we pass by. Hoping to see one. I have no qualms telling my husband to stop so that I can knock on someone's door to see if they would sell it to me. Of course, he thinks I'm crazy and that I'm gonna get shot! Ha

I have an old wheelbarrow planter, its a really old one too, and it is definitely coming with us when we move to the new house! Usually i plant it with lettuce, but i think at the new place i'll put it by the steps up to the deck with flowers. The one downside to it is the handles are loose, and i've moved it to mow underneath, then walked away and its tipped over! Some lettuce actually survived this little earthquake!

I have the typical petunias and vinca iN hanging baskets by the door' and this year we added a pot under our mailbox. Put purple coleus and yellow creeping jenny in that, looks great! Plus no blooms to attract bees that might scare off the mail lady!

We have a wheelbarrow that has a plastic tub. ( It has a red tub faded to pink!) It has 2 nice holes in the bottom thanks to FIL and DH moving the remains of a fire pit to a new location BEFORE it totally cooled and some hot embers burned me a few nice drainage holes! He says I can't have it until I buy him a new one. ;( Actually the drainage holes are a bonus for him, too. If left out (And it always is) the water drains out.

That was just thinking ahead on their part Carol Dee! Prepping your planter before you even asked!

I have an old, old wheelbarrow, must be about 22 years old now because I remember Kid#2 riding in it when he was 2 and it was still newish. It's orange, faded to ...orange. It has some frankenstein stitches up the side where it cracked, thanks to a little burst of irritation at hauling dirt by one of my Dear Sons, who shall not be identified, but his initials are Kid#2.

it's still my favorite wheeliobarrow, but right now it's sporting a flat tire, so is semi-retired until dh fixes the tube or I break down and buy a new wheel and rim and fix it myself.
