Someone ruined my garden. :(

Don't give up yet Kuska! I'm sure that things will get better, look at this year as a sneak-peek of what's to come in the future. I bet it's not even worth trying to reason with either kids or neighbors, is it?

Something that few people know - xylitol (natural sweetener) is very deadly to small to medium sized dogs.

I am so sorry! What a horrible thing to happen. Is your yard fenced or is it open to who ever or what ever that wants to run through it. With bad dogs like that running the neighborhood, a fence would be a good thing.

Just don't give up. Sometimes bad things happen, things go wrong, insects sting, bite and kill everything, drought, but we are GARDENERS! And as gardeners, we are OPTIMISTS! Sometimes we have to come here to TEG to be reminded that we are optimists..... :thumbsup

A thought! Could it have been @thistlebloom's pet moose that did all the damage? Thistlebloom, does your moose have an alibi for last night?

More moose photos? How about another round of Rudy shots? I need pictures!

What? Red! My moose are nimble and graceful creatures, practically ballerinas! And I don't know if they had an alibi or not, but right now I think they have other things occupying their time.

Moose courtship, the early days....

"Hey, Sweetlips, come run through the sprinkler with me!"

add ethylene glycol ( known as car water anti- freeze is nice and sweet and effective on all sized dogs) as a lethal deterant.

Can you put up some fencing? I have most of my garden within some 6' fencing (but its only about 15' x 10'), due to the excessive numbers of deer. And with our drought, they are now eating anything...
