Good news!
Does he know you had him hypnotized and can even make him bark like a dog now?

Salesman at Dicks sporting goods sold me a $200 trail camera, I have no idea how to use.
Maybe you'll get rich and catch a glimpse of bigfoot.
NYB...you should really not go shopping alone. Then again, I think I want one. Saw some great tracks in the snow. Four little cat-like feet jumping through the deep snow with a dragging line- A tail I guess..I am guessing a fox. Saw a gorgeous red beauty last winter. I would hate them, though, If they got my chickens.

Since I have been on the "light duty" list for a while I have been going stirr-crazy around here. Last month I moved one of our tree stands from the deep woods into our back yard so I could get to it easily. I love to sit up there and watch wildlife on the edge of the woods. I discovered that we have an entire family of beautiful red foxes. I'm not exactly sure which is the big male or female but two of them are very large and three or four (hard to count) are much smaller. I'm sure these are the ones who are getting our chickens. Last fall we had two attacks in the chicken run and we lost 10 chickens in two days. We're supposed to get some snow today and tomorrow so maybe I'll be able to see the foxes through the sights of my little bitty .17HMR rifle. It's a shame fox meat is not very good.

Ah, but chickens love fox meat (they love everything so I'm guessing here). It is always nice to eat what bugs ya. . . a way to get even for losing chickens to them last year.
