@so lucky I looked for the Synergy gingerberry flavor but they didn't have it. They had tons of others. Was it perhaps another brand?

I saw that kombucha has glucosamine in it for your joints.

I found it today at my grocery store! I'm going to give it to my son who drinks stuff like that. But I'll make sure to taste it. Will report later.

I think it is kind of an acquired taste. Allow yourself more than one sip, though, Mary.

I think mixed with crushed fruit would be good.
