I tried a new recipe (for company) the other day. One hour cheesy breadsticks. Fortunately they were excellent!

I am going to YOU for bread pointers! You know, a LOT of people think of bread as empty calories, but there is great nutrition in home made breads bc of the ingredients.

My son (the chef), middle daughter, husband and I were talking about our non traditional thanksgiving menu. They were all talking about getting rolls or bread from several great bakeries. Ummm...duh, I'm right here. Finally I said the Lion's House rolls I made last year were pretty good. They told me they didn't want me stressed about that. So I mentioned that I could make them ahead of time and freeze them. They told me to practice before hand.
