Baking~ Are you```

My son (the chef), middle daughter, husband and I were talking about our non traditional thanksgiving menu. They were all talking about getting rolls or bread from several great bakeries. Ummm...duh, I'm right here. Finally I said the Lion's House rolls I made last year were pretty good. They told me they didn't want me stressed about that. So I mentioned that I could make them ahead of time and freeze them. They told me to practice before hand. :hide:\
