Seed not sprouted only planted 1 day. I once got a truckload of horse manure in fall, sat out all winter. spring came and tomato plants started growing all over pile.

I put a couple strings of Christmas lights in an plastic under-bed storage box and sat my seed starting trays on top. The thermometer sitting next to them says that the top of the box is about 75*.
