This money loss I can never replace, this company has already stung me for over £300 with the broadband charges and virtually no broadband from last September, because their towers were continuously breaking down. Then charged me an early break of contract fee of £216 , so its doubtful they will give me my money back for the meter.

There's an emergency line and I've called it twice, I have left my details but doubtful about them contacting me back. So if this this money goes they will have had over £569 pounds of my money for absolutely nothing. No wonder these people are rich

That is despicable. Is there no renters advocate? Or would they throw you out and you have to look for another place?
I'm at a total loss. They left no emergency number. I found out through a neighbour that it could have been reset from the boiler, but the button is missing
I don't know about my money.

Depressed doesn't even touch how this has made me feel. I can't even shower for a funeral tomorrow morning at 9am

Apparently it's down to the same provider that has taken so much money from me that I should not have been made to pay.
My head is thumping.

Thanks for your kindness :hugs

Their emergency service is non existent, because they do not have engineers working on a Sunday evening

there are many times when i've had to use my car engine to warm up stream water from the ice-cold it was to where i could tolerate using it to wash. sometimes i just had to do it with cold water. it sure makes showers shorter!

wash cloth with soap, wipe/scrub, use clean towel to remove soap, use damp cloth for 2nd wipe to remove remaining soap. keep rinsing this out as you want to remove soap. the trouble i have with most soaps in general is that they'll make my skin itchy if i leave any behind at all. so in the end i have to rinse two or three times before i get it all. the head is tough and most itchyist. using the sink and sprayer will work too for here but up until recently the faucet wasn't really high enough for that. now we have a tall faucet with a sprayer that is flexible so it really does work for washing your hair if you need to do it.

i hope you can manage to get ready for what you need to do.

I’m so sorry that you have to put up with such living conditions.
If was down to a few ladies that worked there, this would not be happening.

Sorry guys! The men in the asset team (management) hold back the work and ignore the lady manager who has tried too reason for a few years.
I've written too two of these men and not holding my breath on them helping. I hope they go on a long holiday soon, so the girls can move things along. Talk about male chauvinism, these men are the perfect example.

The bully guy has left, he lost good workers through his nasty ways and customers almost took the company too court because of the negligence and holdingup serious flaws in their homes.

As for myself, I was about too do exactly that, but a lady stepped up to deal with the roof situation and the mold in home.

I rarely use the usual soap for the same reason, even washing liquid brings me out an unbearable rash. I use liquid soap with no perfume for myself and my clothes. I have washing liquid that's used on other items not touching my skin.

I got by, only just. I'm shattered after all this. I need to change my power provider and keep searching for another company..
All they do is keep you on the phone for hours, never resolving the problems then want you to make complaints :th

Just under two hours today, of upset and no assistance. Speaking too management or people in position to help is not an option. It was their duty too assist and too have been here in so many hours but it wasn't happening.

The poor young lads really try to help but can't possibly because they, just like the customers are ignored.

That's the game here for some reason. I hope I can find a company with genuine help to resolve any breakdowns with a management that are not above theirselves to speak to a customer.

We have politicians that behave this way and from what I can gather ALL managers in most companies put their selves on such a high a pedestal that no one can approach them.

I had a nightmare with that energy company. I've completely lost my money in that meter and they promised to come and fix it within four hours after being on the phone for almost 2 hours. Thank god my card for the meter still had 67 pounds on it, the meter didn't eat that.

On the first call of over a hour and a half I was put on hold too speak too a member of the complaints team, I waited 30 minutes more then they put the phone down. I called back and was then told I would have an engineer come out and a text beforehand... it didn't happen.

I called my landlords customer services , at last I found a caring person, she said the emergency service on Sunday should have sent the engineer that was on call and only about a mile away, but they abandoned that duty too. This lady persevered until she got me help. So 26 plus hours later I finally got some help.

The energy company had a prick of a conscience and kindly offered too give me 25 pounds off my phone bill. Approximately 10% of what I lost.

End result, I switched companies. I hope to find another phone service to, when I can find a good one with plenty of WiFi so I can come in here to you all :hugs

Thank you so very much, I would have fell apart had it not been for all of you in here
