Has anyone ever freezed butternut squash? If so how did it do? I have so much I was wondering if you can freeze for later use in pies, breads, ect. Thanks

:) Talking about sqash, well I put out yellow squash, zucchini, and have they ever produced good. I had so much i used my zucchini and made bread and butter pickels, and a chow chow. I even cubed them up with some onions peppers and carrots and made what we call a mess from the garden, yum yum...

My plants this year are so big. We have them planted beside the garage that have 7 foot side walls. They have out grown that and growing ever more every day, we took some post and put them in the ground, then attached wire fencing. They like it alot. But my plants are just starting to turn red...
