    Hmmmm spreading the compost over here I see. I fit in with SS, and not TEG, BYC or BYH. It is a more realistic set of people over there. We do not have cliques at all, most of our users are new anyway. We welcome them in, but I don't think coming in and saying your practices are so much more SS...

    I went ahead and pulled most of the big ones and washed and cut them up and froze them. I can use them in soup this fall and winter. :D

    I just pulled one of my spring carrots and it was fairly large. I was glad. So I cut the tops and gave to the rabbits then I washed my carrot and ate it. It was so bitter! What causes that??

    So many garden woes. Everything is dying. Cabbage and Brocolli ALL died, very few taters. Tomatoes are dying (replanted twice). Beans havent come up. Corn is looking good though. I need organic potato bug pest control, and corn worm pest control. Next year the plan is to plant peas, brocolli...
