I'm guessing that "Cleo" at least didn't go to freezer camp....

Cleo went for a pet, thank goodness. I butcher at least one a week for the pot. Two more stewing size rabbits left and then I'll have to wait a few weeks for the next batch to get to size. I came up with a great recipe for them once they get too old for fryers. It makes them both tender and very tasty. I have high hopes for a pair of kits in the last litter that seem to be twins. They look for all the world like a giant cottontail and are outgrowing all of the other kits in that litter. I'm hoping they are does. If I can get that fast growth bred into my line it would be great.
