yes, i have some Purple Dove outcrosses that look exactly like what i see there. :) those white eyes without the yellowish ring around them that get discolored with age is very nice and something i'm happy to have also seeds that are without. i've had those for several years (temporary names for them i used were Flair and Topmark) and for me i suspected a cross with Lavender that has the similar white eye or perhaps even Venda (or both as i do have more than one variation going on here).

the only other thing i can think of is that i don't know the source of your Purple Dove seeds. if it was Russ or someone else i'd sent seeds to...? anyways, it is all interesting to me. :)

It's actually kind of amazing how those seeds like just like @Decoy1 's seeds. Twins. I can only guess that maybe Purple Dove genes are rather dominant.
