Sorry, could not resist the alliteration, LOL. This little guy is just under a centimeter in length. He faintly reminds me of a ladybug nymph, but not anything I've ever seen before in this shade of fluorescent yellow.

I sometimes see them. They don't seem to cause too much harm.
