Blueberry Cordial Liqueur Update post #29

This afternoon I strained the cordial and bottled it up.

I looked the berries over and decided there must still be some juice left in them that I could reclaim. So I packed some in the Nutri Bullet and turned it on. DUMB THING TO DO. It just bogged down and I turned it off real quick. Hmmmm....... I got the Jack LaLane juicer off the shelf. I ran all the blueberries through it. What I got was not juice, but sludge. I guess I really did get all the juice out of them.

Just went and poured up a small glass of blueberry liqueur for me and DH. He was snoozing in his recliner, so I nudged him awake and handed him his glass. I didn't think about trying to keep him awake to watch Saturday Night Live. After a snort of this stuff, he really will relax and snooze out.
