Not that we know anything about the Amazon sellers habits....
I'm sure I use Amazon too frequently without checking around. It's just so convenient. I did edit some gifts I was going to order because I was going to make a trip into town the next day. I'm glad I held back, because I found what I needed at a lower price.
 
I agree, Menard sounds like a jerk. I prefer Fleet Farm. But you would likely have to avoid all big box stores as they have all paid multimillion $ fines for chemical disposal violations in the past ten years.
 
If one was to do a chemical analysis of the city lawn run off into the gutter , each city dweller would be paying fines for water pollution every week as their mentality is if a little is good , more is better for weed control and fertilizer. Just saying ! :hu

You're quite right in many cases. I remember a fall day this past year when a neighbor and I were talking and the air just reeked from another neighbor having their lawn sprayed. Gross.

That being said, those chems are at least classified for that use. Dumping chems, that have specific legal classifications around them limiting how they're supposed to be dealt with, directly into a storm drain is not a nice move.
