After changing my bed and feeding Oliver and Nancy. I had organic dark rye bread, with linseed sunflower seeds and pearl barely, this morning with two boiled eggs.
Now it's time for a cup of tea

I heard that drinking two to three cups of coffee each day helps reduce dementia by quite a bit! I can't remember how much! I better get drinkin'!
