Cooking Herbs

I am really behind this summer middle of July and last night I packed away sweaters and sweat shirts till fall
I would have just left them out. Fall is almost here. I'm already thinking about my fall garden. Last year it was terrible. But this year I am armed with Sluggo Plus! Determined to get those sow bugs and ear wigs.

If I don't plant my fall garden next month I won't have one. I have to plant my fall cool-weather crops in August with 90+ degree days, 70+ nights if I'm lucky, and usually no rain whatsoever. Plus the bugs have had time to reproduce in Biblical proportions. I usually try a few things but let's just say a fall garden can be problematic around here.

In Livingston, I could plant in September or October, and get a good garden all winter long. Here..... I really don't know, last year I had pigs in the garden!
