Discombobulated

17.200.000/6.157= 2793

And 4000 new cases last week, week before that it was 2500, numbers are rising again over here.
And it's not just about deaths, a lot of people that didn't need hospital treatment need a long time to recover and then still have lower lung capacity. Doctors don't even know if that will heal.

being unlearned in French i had to find a translation:

Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.

— Voltaire.

what i look for are people who start talking about others as not human or some other way to put them down as often that is the precursor...

I wonder if I will be ..

. as filled with myths and intolerance as so many ..

. in their 80's, when I am that age. I hope not since I see the trend in people in their 20's and can't identify with it. I must be careful. At some point in time, resilience may be lost. adjust, adapt, advance

CDC Capture.JPG

Finally, CDC adding up the Excess Deaths from All Causes for 2020 LINK

Look at the spike in April with 10,000 + each week. 25% more people dying during some of those weeks. Some will suggest suicides and drug deaths -- sure, but less traffic on streets and highways. Less exposure to other infections.

What might it the 180,000 deaths from the pandemic for 24 -26 weeks with excess above average of 3000 or 5000 amount to? 200,000 deaths? More & More?
