I have this plant roller black this gave me an idea to make it the lazy susan
on out outside table maybe run the umbrella through it? might even make it Blue

No I saw it online very simple very creative . When I was a kid every one had planters made from a cut tire.

Used tires cut into thirds are accepted by landfills and will not wiggle their way to the surface as whole tires do.
