Also, some chiropractors do alternative treatments along with spinal adjustments. I hope you have luck getting to see a doctor who helps you. In your area, probably alternative health care is hard to find. Maybe Aurevedic (sp) medicine?

We have a large selection here. I am not going to go to one unless I have taken the first steps and changed how I eat and lose some weight. I already know I need to be more active and that is why I am wondering if the oils have helped, or is it time, but I am a long way from doing all i can.

I used a blend of essential oils to reduce aggression in naughty dogs for grooming.

Uh, no.....because in Idaho I thought people were naturally healthier to begin with? (do you buy that? )

I use oils all the time. It's always my 'go to' before OTC meds. And most of my cleaning and house hold items have been switched over to oils instead of toxic chemicals.
