Fall wildflowers - what are these?

I'll need to go down there today & take a picture of the leaves. I'm leaning towards a wild rose because of the way it's growing. It's really bushy and "rambling," which seems more like a rose than an anemone. It also looks like there's a second one growing in the brush across the pond. :)

If it is a wild rose, I would advise against bringing any to your flower beds. I have found it to be pretty invasive. Make that very invasive.

It's in a position where I would risk life & limb - or at least falling into the pond - to try to dig it up, so I'm just going to appreciate it where it is. :D
