Finally got bees

Ok, so I know everyone is sick of me posting about bees, but here they are

the bees on the left didn't seem to be happy this evening. I don't know why, but I hope they sort it out.

I like your hive boxes. Do I remember that you made them?

No, thistle I didn't make them. I asked a few members of the bee club about making them, but they said it would best if I bought them because they have to be exactly perfect and square.

I like the stained wood better than painted.

Looking good! Good luck! I am hoping to get honey in the next week or two. We have had them for 4 years and this may be the first time to really get any honey much. Of course, things could happen between now and actually getting the honey into jars. We got about 30 half pints (gave to friends) year before last but haven't gotten enough to sell or any large amounts for use. We had honey two weeks ago and as soon as our new small extractor gets here will see if we get it out of the hive. lol

Interesting ! I am curious whats the Jar for? water? I never raised Bees. I wish I can learn that !
