    These angels are called viola Pelargonium. Viola- second name pansy. :)

    Early spring I do window boxes with pansies. Summer heat does them in.

    @Nyboy You will sow their seed? Or is it the seedlings from the store? I will sow them soon too. The sooner, the faster the bloom.

    The flowers look much like viola which we also call pansy, but the leaves run true for Pelargonium, (Also called cranesbill or geranium in the USA). Viola wittrockiana is the scientific name for what Nyboy plants -- "pansies" in America.

    Larisa, you have so many beautiful flowering plants. I will need to search all around for some of those varieties. I really do love that Viola Pelargonium.

    I always buy plants at nursery, but this year I picked up a pack of seeds and will try. I like them because after a long winter, they are one of first flowers that can take spring chill.
