I froze a bunch of my Brussels sprouts this fall.  I followed the ball directions, of blanching for 3 minutes, cooling and freezing.  I am pretty sure this is the procedure I used last harvest, as well.  These taste terrible!!!  I mean, rotten, awful...I steamed them to blanch, instead of putting them down in the water- do you think that could have made the difference??  
I can't find any info on canning them, either. Is it just not worth it, to grow extra?? These were utterly wonderful out of the garden...
